Advertised prices include all non-optional recurring monthly fees defined as Internet ($50/mo.), Renter’s Insurance ($20/mo.), Community Fee ($50/mo.), Pest Control ($2/mo) and Utility Administration Fee ($8.00/mo.). Resident is responsible for all utilities outside of rent. Pricing reflects available special spread over a 12 month lease term. 10 and 11 month lease terms will receive a prorated special if applicable to floorplan. Community One-Time Fees Include:
- $550 holding fee, due at time application (converts to move in costs at time of move in)
- $50 Application Fee per adult applicant, due at time of application
